WORK PERMIT HEALTH CHECK 

Health check is one of the mandatory requirements for foreigners working in Vietnam. Therefore, Diamond General Clinic will provide detailed guidance on the health check steps required for obtaining a work permit.

A. Khám Sức Khoẻ Cho Người Nước Ngoài 

Theo quy định của Thông tư 14/2013/TT-BYT của Bộ Y tế về Hướng dẫn khám sức khỏe, việc kiểm tra sức khỏe có liên quan đến yếu tố nước ngoài, như kiểm tra để xin giấy phép lao động cho người nước ngoài tại Việt Nam hoặc người Việt Nam khám sức khỏe xin giấy phép lao động ở nước ngoài thì bao gồm các bước như:

1. Khám thể lực (đo sinh hiệu) 

Bao gồm đo chiều cao, cân nặng, huyết áp, tính chỉ số BMI và đánh giá sức khỏe cơ bản để phát hiện bất kỳ vấn đề sức khỏe nào.

2. Siêu âm

Siêu âm bụng tổng quát: đánh giá tổng thể tình trạng của các cơ quan nội tạng trong cơ thể như gan, túi mật, thận, bàng quang và phần phụ.

3. Chụp X - Quang

Hình ảnh X-quang tim và phổi là một công cụ hữu ích để đánh giá tình trạng sức khỏe của tim và phổi trong cơ thể. Nó có thể giúp phát hiện các vấn đề như viêm phổi hoặc các vết thương khác, từ đó hỗ trợ trong việc đưa ra các quyết định chăm sóc và điều trị phù hợp.

4. Khám chuyên khoa

Khám chuyên khoa bao gồm các hạng mục như: kiểm tra tai mũi họng, kiểm tra răng hàm mặt, khám thị lực, khám da liễu.

5. Khám phụ khoa (đối với nữ)

Khám phụ khoa là quá trình kiểm tra và đánh giá sức khỏe của phụ nữ, đặc biệt là các vấn đề bệnh về phụ khoa và sản phụ khoa. 

Khám phụ khoa thường được khuyến khích định kỳ để phát hiện và điều trị sớm các vấn đề sức khỏe phụ khoa.

6. Xét nghiệm lâm sàng

Bao gồm các xét nghiệm công thức máu, sinh hóa máu, xét nghiệm nước tiểu để đánh giá tình trạng sức khỏe tổng thể và sàng lọc các nguy cơ sức khỏe tiềm ẩn.

7. Tư vấn sức khỏe với bác sĩ nội

Bác sĩ nội tổng quát đảm nhận việc cung cấp chăm sóc toàn diện cho bệnh nhân, bao gồm việc theo dõi sức khỏe tổng thể và các chỉ số quan trọng như huyết áp, đường huyết, cholesterol và cân nặng. Bác sĩ cũng sẽ đề xuất các biện pháp kiểm soát bệnh lý, tư vấn về lối sống lành mạnh và lên kế hoạch kiểm tra định kỳ để theo dõi tình trạng sức khỏe của bệnh nhân.

8. Hỗ trợ hoàn tất hồ sơ

Hỗ trợ với các thủ tục cần thiết và chứng chỉ sức khỏe cần thiết theo yêu cầu của nhà tuyển dụng hoặc quy định visa.

A. Work Permit Health Check

According to Circular 14/2013/TT-BYT issued by the Ministry of Health providing guidelines for health examinations, health checks related to foreign factors, such as those required for obtaining work permits for foreigners in Vietnam or Vietnamese citizens seeking work permits abroad, include the following steps:

1. Physical examination (vital signs measurement) 

Includes measuring height, weight, blood pressure, calculating BMI (Body Mass Index), and assessing basic health to detect any health issues.

2. Ultrasound

Abdominal ultrasound: provides an overall assessment of the condition of internal organs in the body such as the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, bladder, and adjacent structures.

3. X-ray

Chest X-ray images are a valuable tool for evaluating the health status of the heart and lungs in the body. It can help detect issues such as pneumonia or other injuries, thereby assisting in making appropriate care and treatment decisions.

4. Specialist Examination

Specialist examination includes categories such as: ear, nose, and throat examination, dental examination, vision examination, and dermatological examination.

5. Gynecological Examination (for females)

A gynecological examination is the process of assessing and evaluating the health of women, particularly concerning gynecological and obstetric issues.

Regular gynecological examinations are typically recommended to detect and treat gynecological health issues early.

6. Clinical Laboratory Tests

Clinical laboratory tests include blood cell count, blood chemistry, and urine analysis to evaluate overall health status and screen for underlying health risks.

7. Health Consultation with Internal Medicine Doctor

Internal medicine doctors provide comprehensive care for patients, including monitoring overall health and important indicators such as blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and weight. They also recommend disease management strategies, advise on healthy lifestyles, and devise regular check-up plans to monitor the patient's health status.

8. Assistance with Document Completion

We provide support with necessary procedures and health certificates as required by employers or visa regulations.

B. IMPORTANT NOTES WHEN UNDERGOING HEALTH EXAMINATION FOR WORK PERMIT
