Lưu ý nhỏ: Mini App Zalo là “trợ lý” chính giúp bạn quản lý & xem bệnh án mọi lúc, mọi nơi với đầy đủ tính năng. Ứng dụng Y Khoa Diamond chỉ hỗ trợ thêm các thao tác như lấy/đổi mật khẩu, đăng nhập và xem bệnh án. Để có trải nghiệm trọn vẹn, bạn nên ưu tiên sử dụng Mini App Zalo.

Note: The Zalo Mini App is your main “assistant” that helps you manage and view your medical records anytime, anywhere with full functionality. The Diamond Medical App only provides additional support for tasks such as retrieving/changing passwords, logging in, and viewing records. For the best experience, you are recommended to prioritize using the Zalo Mini App.

HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG QUA MINI APP ZALO “Y KHOA DIAMOND 

Bước 1 – Truy cập Mini App

• Cách 1: Quét mã QR để mở Mini App “Y Khoa Diamond” ngay.

Option 1: Scan the QR code to open the “Diamond Medical” Mini App immediately.

• Cách 2: Vào Zalo OA: https://zalo.me/925725163206079049 → Chọn tab “Bệnh Án Điện Tử” (góc trái cuối màn hình).

Option 2: Go to Zalo OA: https://zalo.me/925725163206079049 → Select the “Electronic Medical Records” tab (bottom left corner of the screen).

Bước 2 – Xác minh số điện thoại

• Vào tab Tài Khoản → Chọn “Liên kết số điện thoại” để xác minh.

• Sau khi xác minh, bạn sẽ mở khóa toàn bộ tính năng của Mini App.

Go to the Account tab → Select “Link phone number” to verify.

Once verified, you will unlock all features of the Mini App.

Bước 3 – Khám phá & Trải nghiệm tính năng hữu ích

1. Xem Bệnh Án Điện Tử - View Electronic Medical Records

• • Sau khi khám, vào mục “Bệnh Án Điện Tử” để xem ngay kết quả hoặc tải file PDF lưu trên điện thoại.

After your examination, go to “Electronic Medical Records” to view your results immediately or download the PDF file to your phone.

2. Đặt Lịch Khám Công Ty & Cập Nhật Lịch Khám - Book Company Medical Appointments & Update Schedule

• • Vào “Khám CTY” → Chọn phòng khám, ngày và giờ khám.

  • Lưu ý: Ngày khám sẽ nằm trong khoảng thời gian do công ty sắp xếp.

Go to “Company Checkup (Khám CTY)” → Select the clinic, date, and time of your appointment.

Note: The appointment date will be within the timeframe arranged by your company.

3. Khi Đến Khám - When Visiting the Clinic

• • Sau khi đăng ký và lấy mẫu, hệ thống sẽ cập nhật Mã phiếu khám trong mục Tài Khoản.

  • Khi đến khám, chỉ cần xuất trình Mã phiếu khám trong mục Tài Khoản cho lễ tân để được tiếp nhận và nhận hồ sơ khám nhanh chóng 

After registration and sample collection, the system will update your Examination Code in the Account tab.

When you arrive at the clinic, simply show this Examination Code in the Account tab to the receptionist for quick check-in and to receive your medical records.

4. Check-in nhanh bằng QR Code - Quick Check-in with QR Code

• Mở Mini App → Chọn “Quét mã QR” → Quét tại quầy tiếp nhận.

Open the Mini App → Select “Scan QR Code” → Scan at the reception desk

5. Nhận Thông Báo Kết Quả Khám - Receive Examination Result Notifications

• • Sau khi khám, CSKH sẽ gửi kết quả qua Zalo.

  • Chỉ cần nhấn “Xem Kết Quả” là bạn có thể xem ngay, không cần đăng nhập lại.

  • Lưu ý: Số điện thoại Zalo cần trùng với số bạn đã đăng ký khám.

After your checkup, Customer Service will send the results via Zalo.

Simply tap “View Results” to access them immediately, without logging in again.

Note: Your Zalo phone number must match the number you registered with for the checkup.

6. Tiện ích khác trên App Y Khoa Diamond - Other Features on the Diamond Medical App

• Tư vấn cùng bác sĩ : Nếu có thắc mắc, bạn có thể gửi câu hỏi trực tiếp qua Mini App, các bác sĩ Y Khoa Diamond sẽ tư vấn miễn phí.

• Doctor Consultation: If you have any questions, you can send them directly via the Mini App, and Diamond Medical doctors will provide free consultation.

• Cập nhật tin tức y khoa: Nắm bắt nhanh các thông tin sức khỏe mới nhất, được chọn lọc bởi đội ngũ chuyên môn trực tiếp trên App Y Khoa Diamond.

Medical News Updates: Stay up to date with the latest health information, carefully curated by our medical team, right on the Diamond Medical App.

HƯỚNG DẪN LẤY/ĐỔI MẬT KHẨU, ĐĂNG NHẬP & XEM BỆNH ÁN QUA APP Y KHOA DIAMOND

1. Tải ứng dụng - Download the App

• Truy cập link: https://install.ykhoadiamond.com/

• Hoặc tìm kiếm “Y Khoa Diamond” trên Google Play (Android) hoặc App Store (iOS), sau đó tải về.

2. Đăng nhập -  Log In

• Mở app → Nhập tài khoản & mật khẩu để truy cập.

Open the app → Enter your account and password to access.

3. Đổi mật khẩu (khuyến khích) - Change Password (Recommended)

• Vào Tài khoản → Thay đổi mật khẩu để đổi mật khẩu mặc định.

Go to Account → Change Password to replace the default password.

4. Lấy lại mật khẩu (nếu quên) - Reset Password (if forgotten)

• Tại màn hình đăng nhập, chọn “Quên mật khẩu”.

• Nhập số điện thoại đã đăng ký → Nhận mã OTP → Nhập mã → Tạo mật khẩu mới.

On the login screen, select “Forgot Password.”
Enter your registered phone number → Receive OTP code → Enter the code → Create a new password.

Bước 1 – Truy cập website -  Access the website

• Sau khi đăng nhập, bạn có thể xem trực tiếp trên web hoặc tải file PDF về lưu trữ

After logging in, you can either view your results directly on the website or download the PDF file for storage.

Important Notes:

• Your Zalo phone number must match the one you used for registration in order to receive result notifications.

• Always check your Examination Code (updated in the App) to complete reception procedures quickly at the front desk.

Mẹo nhỏ: Đăng nhập và xác minh số điện thoại ngay sau khi tải App để tránh gián đoạn khi cần xem bệnh án hoặc đặt lịch.
